So after psyching myself with one of Barney Stinson's words of wisdom: "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!!", I went on to figuring out what I wanted to do with the bunny pattern.
Initially, I wanted to make 3 little pigs like the ones in Disney but immediately dismissed the idea after realizing that would be flat out boring. I mean, piggies are cute but I don't think it would cut it especially after someone submitted chibi My Little Ponies. Seriously! What could be better than the Mane 6? That idea was right on the money and I wouldn't be surprised if it won. Who could beat its cuteness?
I was already rethinking of joining when suddenly... Light bulb!!!
The popular cartoon gif "Pusheen the Cat", came into mind. But it gets better... After checking out its website: Pusheen the Cat, I saw one of the most majestic things to ever exist on earth. It's not a cat, not a unicorn... It's a PUSHEENICORN!
So that was it... That's how I got my entry . ^^

X_X It sucks but hey, I did have fun and I'm glad that I did the contest otherwise I wouldn't have Pusheenicorn. And with that... I feel like I've won. Aww! It's the little things. Hehehe -^.^-

Too cute. Thanks for sharing. Think I'm gonna give it a try!!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm glad you liked it. ^^
DeleteHey how did you do its cheeks? 😍😄💜 it's so cute
DeleteWith a small eye brush I dabbed a little compact blush-on. The shade is on the peachy side and not too pink. ^^
DeleteI have been looking EVERYWHERE for a Pusheenicorn plush, but they don't exist! However, yours are adorable! Do you make and sell them? Can I buy one??? Not sure if this will notify me if you reply because I don't have an account signed in but my email is soultog2013@yahoo.com. PLEASE let me know!
ReplyDeleteActually, I haven't thought about selling it. I posted the pattern so that it could be free for everybody. Hehehe! I can help you with the pattern if you like. ^^
DeleteThis Pushseenicorn is very cute! I was wondering what size beads you used for the eyes. Also, thank you for sharing the pattern!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Oh you're welcome. I'm glad you liked it. ^^
DeleteHmm... The size of beads... Well, it says in the label it's a #08 but I'm not sure if the same measurement applies to where you are. Sorry can't be much of help. T_T
This is amazing! What size is the finished product (roughly)?
ReplyDeleteAbout 3-4 inches... I guess no bigger than my hands. ^^
DeleteLove this pattern! Thank you
ReplyDeleteSo so cute! I'm making this now and it's so quick to work up. I'm using a bigger hook to make it a bit bigger. Great job on the pattern. It's very easy to follow!
ReplyDeleteJust found this via Pinterest and it will make a perfect gift! I'm still a little puzzled on how to attach the mane and tail. Any additional tips?
ReplyDeleteI often use this tutorial to attach hair or fur to my dolls: http://esshaych.blogspot.com/2009/09/amigurumi-hair-tutorial.html
DeleteI hope it helps.^^
I’m terrible at following directions, have you ever thought about YouTube tutorials? Tammy
ReplyDeleteI have, but I never seem to find time for it. It's hard to squeeze that in while having 2 full-time jobs. But no worries, if you have a question I'll do my best to answer it. ^^
